Technology Customer Service Executive
Temporary to Permanent

9am -5:30pm
GBP9 per hour

Our client, a distributor based in Northampton are looking for a Technically minded Customer Service Executive to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. The role, which has been created due to increased business levels, will require you to provide component advise, as well as process orders, so you must have an interest in technology.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Executive will include:
General Customer Service over phone and web live chat
Using your product knowledge to advise the best product for the customers requirements
Stock processing duties
Updating and processing customer orders
Other office duties during busy periodsIn order to be successful in the role of a Customer Service Executive you must have:
Experience with Excel
Experience in a previous Customer Service role
Knowledge/interest in technology
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent multitasking
Ability to manage own workload
