Strategic Analyst (Manchester)
My Public Sector Client based in Manchester is looking for a Strategic Analyst to join their Manchester Office Asap.
The post holder will provide direct support to the Executive team on Information matters and alongside MFT Group Informatics establish a strategic programme of work to improve and progress the sites use of information to underpin decision making. The post holder will ensure that there is a constructive dynamic between the Group Informatics and teams and there is an alignment of priorities and work programmes. The post holder will play a key role in delivering and embedding a data driven culture within the organisation and ensuring Information and reporting are Embedded and standardised across the site. The post holder will ensure that there are detailed and accurate plans in place to support the delivery of the key performance indicators in the Organisations Accountability Oversight Framework.
The post holder will support the re-alignment of the and its transition to a new organisational structure. The post holder will also support the design and establishment of the new clinical service models, that are relevant to the Organisation and the subsequent implications the change to the information flows will have.
The post holder will ensure the values and behaviours of the Trust are upheld and promoted at all times.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The post holder, in partnership with the Group Information Services will provide leadership and strategic planning to the site in the provision of accurate, timely, and high-quality information.

The post holder will provide thel with a wide range of specialist Information Service knowledge and experience.
The post holder will ensure operational and clinical teams are accessing and reviewing information and analysis on a routine systematic basis and is Embedded into the core business processes of the Organisation. This includes the operational, clinical and performance teams.
The post holder will effectively communicate highly complex analytical and statistical results to a range of internal and external staff, guiding them through recommendations and actions, conveying statistical concepts clearly, and delivering complex statistical presentations to large groups. This will include the provision of written reports and presentations, using innovative and forward-thinking techniques to present both narrative and data.
The post holder will work closely with Group Information Services colleagues on the provision of information and analysis to the Organisation and will support the delivery of the Trust's mandatory and regulatory returns.
The post holder will work closely with the Group Information Services team on the strategic direction, ensuring activities are appropriately planned, managed and coordinated.
