Overview of Role

As the Proposition Manager you will be supporting the delivery of my clients' commercial goals by giving customers the most compelling reasons to join when they interact with us via web, telephone or face-to-face.

You will do optimising the Breakdown, Maintenance & Repair propositions, shaping new ideas and ensuring delivery/performance of in-flight changes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for contributing to Acquisition growth targets
• Working with our commercial and finance partners to build business cases to support proposition developments
• Focus on ?? performance of your propositions
• Drive and deliver change in a cross functional, fast paced environment.
• Become a proposition expert, bringing high quality insight and thought leadership to our planning and development processes.
• Engage and lead the shaping and delivery of bespoke marketing and support materials/campaigns both internally and with our partners.
• Work with channels to ensure existing products are sold effectively and identify areas of improvement to deliver growth and profit.
• Drive, motivate and manage stakeholders to deliver in-flight changes to our proposition
• Define and develop new propositions that support ambitions to be different, be better and grow faster than competitors
• Influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate priority is given to proposition ideas, tests and permanent change
