They are looking for a competent mid-senior level developer who isn't afraid of getting really hands on within a company, while also helping to develop other developers around them. Ideally you will be hungry for a challenge and prepared to take ownership of the project as you'll be trusted to oversee your own work and two juniors.

The projects are about redeveloping aspects of their platform to improve the customer experience. They are in need of a full stack JS Developer who will drive the company to new heights with their expanding development team
