A leading utility company is looking for a service delivery manager to join the team for an initial 6-month contract. You will be the service delivery manager and will need to have a strong technical understanding of Salesforce. You will manage the service and support the salesforce platforms and drive wider use of Salesforce within the company. Experience with ITIL is highly desirable.
- Strong experience as a service delivery manager.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using ITIL framework
- Understanding and experience using Salesforce
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent vendor management experience
- Experience working in a utility company is highly desirable.
