As we continue to expand our services, we are very excited to recruit to a new post of Learning and Development Manager. As an experienced learning and development professional, you will be essential to the continued success of our services through the development of our staff teams. 

You will be a valued member of our Management Team, working closely with colleagues to ensure the effective selection and development of our staff through designing and delivering a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme to meet the expectations of the Care Quality Commission and to support our aim to be an Outstanding provider.   

You will have substantial experience of conducting training needs assessments and developing and delivering successful health and social care training programmes to meet business needs. You will have experience of evaluating the impact of learning to ensure performance improvement and have the ability to coach and develop staff to ensure they deliver to the best of their ability.
