Event Marketing Manager - Fluent German required

Prestigious London based Client requires an accomplished Event Marketing Manager to support Sales needs by creating an engaging virtual experience to communicate stories, drive awareness and demand. The main focus is to successfully lead events in country as well as across Universities and several in Germany. This role is inside of IR35 and as such, resource will be required to use an umbrella company. Initially 3 months rolling contract with a strong likelihood to extend to 12 months.
*prepare and lead event registration, Partner Sponsoring, Financials, Digital Platform Management, to ensure a successful delivery of events.
*Manages, maintains the live Event Calendar internal and external as single source of truth
*Works closely with the Global Events Team to plan, consolidate and communicate on live virtual events and on demand events
*Program and project management for defined events from A to Z
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations and communications from inception of engagement through delivery and follow-up
*Work to ensure contractual and compliance policy
*Work with Marketing to ensure end to end process such as Event website, agenda, registration, invitation, Email Comms, event promotion, Event follow-up, results measurement for an excellent Customer Experience
*Provide counsel and guidance to internal teams to drive effective engagements that meet customer needs and business objectives
*Support Germany events led by global team

Essential:

*Global Event Management with working experience of large events in a similar role
*Digital Event Management, experience with digital requirements and capabilities
*Previous experience of CVENT, a benefit
*Ability to manage competing priorities diplomatically
*Team player within a larger organization interfacing with different functions and locations
*Willing to collaborate and learn with Global events team and Marketing team to provide an outstanding event experience, end to end
*High-level verbal, written and positive communicator
*Ability to think strategically
*Able to work in a complex, policy driven work environment managing multiple projects at the same time
*Good financial and compliance expertise regarding Events
*Language: Native/fluent German/Fluent German required
