Service Desk Manager - Cherwell/Helpdesk/Service - Stratford Upon Avon
Service Desk Manager required for a leading client based in Stratford Upon Avon. My client is currently seeking a Service Desk Manager to come on board to be fully involved and the main escalation point to escalate problems to the correct line of IT support, using the helpdesk/Service Desk support system called Cherwell.

- Update and maintain service desk platform
- Ensure SLA's are met
