Thanks to the push for clean energy, the amount of power generated from captured landfill gases has increased hugely over the past decade and there are now hundreds of sites across the UK generating low-carbon power. We all know that Green Energy is the future, and is a sector which has been booming even during the current crisis.
In the role of C&I Technician you would be working for one of the few companies in the UK with a negative carbon footprint, contributing a positive impact towards climate change. You would be covering the South region, which spans from Leicester to Norwich, down to Milton Keynes and the Greater London area.
You would be dealing with the mainly reactive servicing, fault-finding and repair of a variety of process controls and instrumentation including flow/pressure/temperature instrumentation and PLC based systems.
Training and a company van will be provided, so as long as you have some kind of formal electrical engineering qualification and at least a few years experience in electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting ideally within an industry such as power generation, manufacturing, power distribution or steel then you can be considered.

The package will be around ??30,000 - ??38,000 depending on your extent and relevance of experience, plus up to 10% bonus paid on a quarterly basis, a company van which can also be used for personal use and 25 days holiday.
