One of Europe's leading and fastest growing IT service providers has exciting opportunities to join them as a First Line Analyst based in Milton Keynes. Due to internal progression our client is looking to bring on several staff to drive forward a rapidly expanding business area.
Your new job
In your new job as a First Line Analyst, you will provide users front line helpdesk support on a shift rota basis which will involve performing a range of technical tasks assisting with any hardware and software issues. And In addition, you will Log all calls and tickets with details of user issues using the Remedy Call Management system.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within a customer focussed environment. Providing users front line helpdesk support, performing a range of technical tasks. Previous IT Desktop service experience would be advantageous, although not mandatory - but candidates should have a good understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts
