Senior Scala Developer

I am looking for a Scala developer for one of the World's leading entertainment brands.

The Role:

In this role you will join a strong diverse development team, getting hands-on with the code and full SDLC. This is an opening in in a cross functional team of talented engineers developing software to manage infrastructure, utilising Kubernetes, driving the automated CI/CD strategy across the org and building tooling to deliver key capabilities for engineering teams across the company.

• Deliver high-quality tested code with Scala
• Participate and lead whilst contributing to the team's technical direction and the improvement of its tools and processes
• Oversee and release management
• Support and maintain the live product
• Collaborate with technical analysts and testers to provide insight on cost estimates and technical risk/complexity

You Must Have:

• 3+ Year's commercial experience with Scala development
• Strong TDD/BDD experience
• Significant Agile delivery and Pair Programming experience

Flexibility:

• This role will start as 100% remote with the expectation of strong flexibility arrangements down the line (2/3 Days WFH).
