Lead .NET Developer
A Lead .NET Developer (C#, .NET Core) has been created by a software company based in Wimbledon, London, paying up to ??75,000 + top benefits.
You will be part of an Agile team of 6 .NET Developers building REST API (C#, .NET Core) solutions in a SaaS environment. This is financial services based software with a B2C Front End and a B2B Back End. The tech consists of a mature Continuous Deployment environment (25 deployments a day, Jenkins), AWS (full migration from UK data centres to the cloud in progress), .NET Core, SQL Server Always On and thousands of open API's built with TDD in mind. Clean code is at the heart of everything the company does, they follow DevOps practices and are always looking to improve their CI/CD pipelines to make releases as fast, predictable and safe as possible.
Ideally, this is very much a Technical Lead .NET Developer role where you will focus on the quality of code produced by yourself and the other 5 other developers. TDD is at the heart of their Continuous Deployment and Automation push, and you will need to have and a passion for building and testing bespoke web services in both an exploratory and automated manner. You'll need to have strong experience with C# to author tests at multiple levels and be comfortable with source control, CI/CD tools and Cloud technologies.
The tech skills and experience you will need to have for this Lead .NET Developer position:
- Expert C# coding skills
- Hands-on experience of building, consuming and testing Rest API's
- BDD/ATDD model and documenting test scenarios in Gherkin format
- Cloud technologies (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP ok).
- CI/CD processes
