You'll provide Cradle to grave management across the portfolio, driving and maintaining high standards of delivery, safety standards and expectations across all areas of the business. Projects will range from high to medium and low complexity through a number of disciplines. There is a particular focus on developing and maturing company, site capability and facility readiness initiatives and strategies to enable funding, design and delivery.
You'll manage a team of planners who will be responsible for the production of an investment plan around the operational business. You'll provide day-to-day management, process and financial control. You'll continually monitor performance, resource and map capability to ensure the team is prepared for current and future demand. You'll also be an ambassador for diversity and inclusion.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll be educated to degree level in a relevant Engineering discipline and have a proven background in large infrastructure project delivery at all stages of the RIBA process. You'll need extensive experience of managing a team with project delivery focus and a good working knowledge of P6 Primavera Software.
What else do I need to know?
