We have the pleasure of recruiting for a First Line Analyst to work in a central office for one of the UK's leading and most recognised IT Service provide. A real British institution and recognised organisation, my client is offering a fantastic rolling 3-month contract, an opportunity to go from a temporary to permanent position, to work with an IT supplier as a First Line Analyst. You will be working with the flexibility of hours and location with a reputable organisation that will add development and progression to your career and CV. As a global company with local expertise, you will be part of a fast-paced and flexible environment where no two days are the same.

Your new role
You will be working from home remotely and we can accommodate flexible working hours, which can include a split working day across periods of the morning and/or afternoon. You will thrive on problem solving in this busy service desk role - helping to reset passwords using Active Directory, raising tickets on Remedy, and troubleshooting Microsoft software issues. While being the direct contact for customers calling in or engaging in live chat, you will provide a high-level of customer service, responding effectively and accurately while working to quick SLA's. You will be working alongside and supporting some of the big players in various industries.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be experienced in a customer focused role, ideally in a contact centre environment, and possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You will demonstrate an organised approach to work, a strong attention to detail, and excellent telephone manner. You have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office platform and are generally PC literate. You won't be afraid to ask for help, to ensure that complex incidents are dealt with above and beyond customer expectations.
