A Change Management Lead is required by a leading organisation, in London, on a 6 month contract (may be room for extension). As the Change Management Lead you will directly support the project team, deployment leads and will be key in driving the delivery of the change management strategy and plan, and in executing the related activities supporting change through this client's transformation program.
A the Change Management Lead you will be accountable for identifying organization change priorities according to the project/program at stake, you will design and deliver change management strategies, processes, plans, content and interventions that deliver the project/program and measure the impact of the change management approach and adjust interventions where needed.
Along with demonstrated success in leading and driving global change programs (change, comms and enablement/training) you will also have the following:
- An established ability to provide guidance and influence at a senior level in the organization
- Ability to collaborate and work in diverse teams
- Ability to grasp new concepts and content quickly and demonstrates strong critical thinking
- Excellent communicator, coupled with stakeholder management skills
