Full Time Membership Administrator Required
The Chartered Association of Building Engineers is a leading professional membership organisation based in Weston Favell. The Association has seen significant growth since receiving its Royal Charter in 2013 and we are seeking someone to join the busy Membership department.
The right person is being sought to undertake a wide variety of administrative functions including the processing of membership applications and maintaining current membership records on a day to day basis. In addition the administrator will play an active part in developing campaigns to support membership growth, and some creative writing will be involved.
You will be an adept administrator with strong attention to detail, a good team player and with a pro-active attitude. A good level of computer literacy and a professional approach to electronic and telephone communication is essential as is the ability to multi task with the need to work across a number of projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent office experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office packages and willing to learn to use a bespoke membership system.
