LOCATION: Birmingham

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor

SALARY & BENEFITS: £30,000 dependant on experience + company van + private medical

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30 pm (flexibility required as hours can vary occasionally)

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a one of the premier service and maintenance companies in the midlands area who provide door and window gear services. They are now recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Birmingham.

THE ROLE: As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be supporting the works manager in all aspects of pre-planned maintenance and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor to include:-

• Planning and scheduling of all PPM works in accordance with contracted periods
• Liaising with other members of staff to manage the day to day reactive works
• Ensure materials are sourced in advance of any planned works and manage the issuing of plant

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidates will need to be a good communicator and able to liaise well with customers and the onsite engineers. It is desirable to have knowledge of the door and window industry however full training will be given.

Key experience essential for the Maintenance Supervisor role:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• A full UK Diving licence (ideally clean)
• Computer literate
• Willing to complete a full police check on employment
• Lives within a commutable distance to Birmingham
