JOB TITLE: Sales Ledger Administrator (Entry level)

SALARY & BENEFITS: Dependent on experience

WORKING HOURS: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday

THE ROLE: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join the company in their head office in Wakefield. As a Sales Ledger Administrator your role will consist of:-
  • Confirming delivery notes and completing relevant administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring that the system is kept up to date.
  • Elements of customer service / speaking to customers on a regular basis.
  • General administration to support the wider finance team.

THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for a candidate who has great communication skills who isn’t afraid of picking up the phone and speaking to customers. You will be comfortable working with excel and ideally have some experience within an administrative role.

Key experience essential for the role:- Sales Ledger Administrator (Wakefield)
  • Experience in an office based / administration role.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A good level of understanding when it comes to Excel and other Microsoft applications.
