Customer Service Advisor
Our client, based in the centre of Harrogate is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to their expanding team.
- To maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality
- To be able to competently advise clients giving clear guidance and explanations
- To provide a friendly and helpful service displaying your passion for customer service
- To adapt to varying levels of business and be able to cope under pressure
- To be able to adapt to new information quickly and effectively
You must be a team player with the ability to provide an excellent customer experience. You will be answering inbound customer enquiries around a range of products and services.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, be personable and customer focused, be able to promote products and services effectively, have a desire to work in a fast paced call centre environment, and work with and adhere to policies and procedures.
