Payroll Manager

My client, a market leading organisation based in Bradford, is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join their highly successful and expanding team. My client is a extremely well reputed organisation with a strong customer base and track record - this is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader at a time when you can become an integral part of the team.

As the Payroll Manager, you will report to the Head of HR and have previous experience of managing a team while processing end to end payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of three payroll professionals, processing and producing end to end monthly payroll and year end returns
  • Resolve complex payroll queries including maternity, pay, income tax and sickness pay calculations
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with wider HR team, while ensuring accurate processing of Payroll, Pension and Benefits Administration
  • Review and update current working systems to ensure processing errors can be reduced to a minimum
