We are looking for an HR Administrator to be part of the dynamic, friendly and lively HR department, based in our Head Office in Southampton. We are looking for an administrator with experience in employment law issues to work within our established and fast paced HR Department. The successful candidate will be expected to advise managers on best practice for disciplinary, grievance, complaints and whistleblowing issues, following guidance from the company employment law advisers and the HR Assistant Manager and HR Manager. The successful candidate will have a high standard of verbatim minute taking and experience of the paperwork involved in employment law cases. A real interest in all employee relations issues is a must, as is an eye for accuracy and analysis of information.

Applicants will ideally have a CIPD qualification but is not essential. Use of Microsoft Office and HR databases is essential as is a good standard of spelling and grammar.

Applicants must have a full driving licence and have access to use of a car. All staff will undergo DBS checks at the enhanced level.
