The Admin center of St George's Park is a newly constructed building housing the admin function of our Organisation.

As a consequence, we are recruiting an experienced Receptionist Administrator, who will provide administrational support to the management team.

Main duties of the role will be:
* To meet and greet visitors in a pleasant, welcoming and
professional manner
* To receive and manage telephone enquiries, re-
directing them as necessary
* To take minutes of meetings, as required
* To maintain the stationary and replenish stocks as
* To maintain the up-keep of the internal TV
communication screens within the Nursing Homes.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint. Good organisational skills are essential and the ability to keep calm under pressure.

You should have a smart and professional appearance as you will be the first point of call to anyone visiting the Admin Centre.
