My client is a leading challenger banks in the UK
They are an advanced digital bank currently undergoing large digital transformation. They are looking for a digital service Manager to oversee the migration of the banks digital propositions and help develop the banks digital propositions as well as manage their customers through this digital change.
- Experience in digital migration strategies
- 3+ years' experience in digital change
- Experience in providing recommendations through analysing customer needs and behaviours
- Programme migration experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience with Mobile Apps
- University degree - Preferably 2:1 or above
- Worked in digital migration programmes
- Proven ability to create and sustain positive relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
