Membership Sales Executive
An Experienced Membership Sales Consultant is required ASAP to work for one of our biggest client.
Our client works with micro businesses through to multi-national organisations giving them the platform to raise their business profile, participate in industry leading knowledge share, increase new business development and ultimately take their business to the next level. The Group works with businesses across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Swindon to help them achieve their full business potential. We do this by offering members a range of services including business advice, networking events, training and international trade support.
Job Title: Membership Sales Consultant
Location: Home Based, but living around Bracknell and frequent travel
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: ??22,000 - ??24,000 Basic, Realistic OTE ??35K+
Key Responsibilities: -
Proactively promote and sell the benefits of membership -
Primary targets are based on actual membership sales and income growth -
Other targets are based on minimum no. of new contacts and qualified appointments per week -
Responsible for writing and executing a local membership sales plan -
Ensure that targets are met and standards are achieved - Ability to work on own initiative and have positive outlook
Person specifications: -
A minimum of 3 years, B2B field and telesales sales experience selling to senior decision makers -
Degree qualified, ideally in a business related degree -
Able to work under own initiative with a proactive, can-do approach -
Enthusiastic, motivated and results driven -
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with same level of written and spoken English - Good, confident telephone manner -
Must be a seasoned networker -
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment -
Full UK driving licence
