Sales Specialist - Up to ??45k + benefits + ??25k OTC - London

An exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist has arisen within one of the world's leaders in next generation Information Technology services and solutions. They are a global leader in their sector with offices internationally and employ over 70,000 professionals to serve their clients. This Sales Specialist role is focusing on growing revenue through client management and introducing software solutions. You will be working within a small law client base that demand excellent service, solutions and return on investment. You will be partnering with account management teams and clients who have a long term relationships with the business. The focus will be on a new product - a legal matter software solution.

The successful Sales Specialist will be responsible for activities such as:

  • Working with KPI targets to build a sales pipeline in order to achieve new business sales growth in line with set objectives and targets
  • Establish an insightful understanding of the prospects business to identify, create and develop new opportunities within potential client base
  • Reporting, analysis of account data and meeting involvement as & when required by Sales Manager
  • Prepare, demonstrate and train the solution during different parts of the sales cycle
  • Manage client needs and user feedback into the solution roadmap process
  • Manage response to tenders/RFI's
  • Work with the technical delivery team to ensure solutions are delivered to client's expectations
  • Work in CRM environment throughout deal progression

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven success at selling complex SaaS software products (ideally to law firms)
  • Strong presentation skills; both face to face and remotely
  • Experience and success working in targeted and KPI driven sales environment
  • Experience of all elements of sales process, client acquisition and CRM tools
  • Excellent opportunity qualification, client needs analysis and negotiation skills
  • Technical capability to clearly articulate the benefits of matter management solutions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, in harmony with Account Managers who own customer relationships and other stakeholders in the business
