We have a brand new venue opening in the heart of Preston, offering an exciting, innovative, locally sourced & freshly prepared food menu. We are building a kitchen team and seek talented, motivated & enthusiastic individuals to join us and be a part of our very special new venture!

The ideal candidates will have experience working in a high turnover kitchen environment! You will be able to bring a wealth of ideas and knowledge to our team. A good understanding of working a busy restaurant service, as well as health and safety systems and working to a 5 star EHO standard would be a great starting point but the essential attribute we are looking for is the passion to create and execute first class cuisine. You must have the drive and dedication to work in a passionate team, and senior chefs must be keen to coach and develop junior staff who have got what it takes to achieve great things. You will thrive under pressure, and take pride in producing fantastic dishes. You must be standards driven, focused on producing high quality food in large volume, as well as maintaining a clean and highly organised kitchen.
