Recruitment Resourcer/Recruitment Administrator

To apply for the Recruitment Resourcer role you must be a confident self-starter with excellent communication and organisation skills, be able to work well within a focused team which places hard work at its core.

Resourcing experience is highly desirable but not essential as training will be given.

The Recruitment Resourcer role will involve:

- Identifying, assessing and interviewing suitable candidates.

- Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face.

- Advertising for new candidates to join our agency.

- Online job board and general diary management.
