We're looking to recruit Customer Specialist Support Agents to work within our Specialist Customer Support Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Bristol. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who call in to tell us they are either experiencing financial hardship currently, or due to a change in circumstances will shortly be experiencing financial hardship.

You will be responsible for offering the appropriate support to customers who have been identified as vulnerable which can be for a variety of reasons.

The role involves taking customer telephone calls and assessing individual customer circumstances and financial needs. You will be required to treat the customer empathetically whilst also coming to a suitable solution for them moving forwards.

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in a financial background as well as experience of working with customers, in particular treating customers as individuals. We are looking for colleagues who can speak to customers in an empathetic and understanding manner, to come to a suitable solution for them for the future.

To really succeed in this fantastic new role it goes without saying you'll be a team player with excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
