THE COMPANY: Our client is a progressive leisure company taking Bingo into the 21st Century with state of the art facilities and is committed to providing excellent service, value and quality. Due to growth an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Graduate Trainee Manager, who is enthusiastic, dynamic and enjoys a challenging and stimulating environment, to join our clients existing team in Corby, Northamptonshire.

THE ROLE: As a Graduate Trainee Manager you will be full trained in all aspects of the business. This is a varied role which will heavily focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the day to day smooth running of the clubs bingo operation, bar and catering facilities as well as all other sales points . You will work along a team of Managers where full training will be provided along with personal development opportunities you need to achieve your career goals.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Trainee Manager's role in Corby, Northamptonshire include:

- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the clubs bingo operation, bar and catering facilities and all other sales points
- Ensure the required standard of cleaning, maintenance and security of the premises, it’s fittings, equipment and stocks 
- To be present in the clubs public areas when the premises are open and to socialise with the members 
- Oversee the management of staff, develop staff morale in conjunction with the GM, monitor staff absences and assist in ensure staff development
- Participate in marketing, promotions, staff recruitment and training as directed by the General Manager 
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and ensure all staff comply with current legislation for food hygiene, health and safety. 

THE CANDIDATE: For the Graduate Trainee Manager's role it is essential you are a post graduate with a degree and must be heavily focused on providing excellent customer service. It is essential you are an outgoing person who enjoys being around people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service. It is essential you have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. You should combine a good degree with the ability to make an immediate impact and must be flexible with the hours you can work. 

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Graduate Trainee Manager role in Corby, Northamptonshire :-

- Must be a post graduate educated to a Degree level
- Must be heavily focused on and have the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Is essential you are in commutable distance to Corby
- Must be flexible in the days and hours you can work 
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential 
- You must be a natural 'people person' who is also committed to developing within this role
