Location - Belfast, County Antrim

Roles are full time (37.5hrs) with a starting salary of ??18,294 for the first 9 months, increasing to ??20,327 thereafter 10% on target bonus.

BT Flex operates as an 'internal outsourcer' for BT therefore successful applicants must be able to provide exceptional levels of customer care to BT customers by handling all types of Service and Sales calls including: Retention, Billing, Connections, Help, Technical, Complaints (inbound, outbound and offline). Flexibility is key and whilst experience desirable, the 'right attitude' and commitment to be successful across all types of customers calls is more important

Key Purpose:

Your role is to deliver an outstanding customer experience for BT Customers by resolving customers' issues/queries retaining and providing an enhanced service through selling the appropriate BT products.
Ensuring everything you do drives customer loyalty/advocacy for BT
Driving positive revenue growth by retaining and growing customers by sales through service
To be available to handle customer calls/queries any time between 7am and 11pm, 7 days a week

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have 6 months relevant Service experience coupled with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Sales experience desirable (or willingness to develop sales experience).
Minimum grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English language and be able to produce your certificates at assessment.
