onezeero is looking for exceptional sales people with a proven track record of winning new business. We will consider sales professionals from all markets and sectors looking to move into the IT recruitment industry and join our successful team in our office in the Birmingham City Centre.

Most successful candidates (but not limited too) will have a minimum of 6 - 18 months experience in B2B sales and have worked in a financially targeted, KPI, fast paced dynamic environment. You need to be career minded, financially driven, ambitious and hard-working, with the desire to succeed and want to continually develop your selling skills.

Initially you will be employed on a resourcing basis working alongside one of our Senior Consultants and learning your market. You will focus heavily on the candidate side of things as a resourcer working on the existing opportunities with our client base. Once you have grasped the recruitment life cycle and ready to move up, you will then become an Associate Recruitment Consultant for the new business development team and generating your own business and running your own desk like your own business.

Our recruitment consultants work within niche specialist markets covering the whole IT skills spectrum across the whole of the UK. As a trainee recruitment consultant/resourcer you will be working on a niche market (specialism) to develop, offering a partnering approach to our clients and candidates.
