LOCATION: Settle
JOB TITLE: Vehicle Technician
SALARY & BENEFITS: £10-13.50 an hour depending on experience and 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
WORKING HOURS: 40 hour week to accommodate opening times of 8.00am to 6.00pm - overtime will be offered. In addition, Saturdays on a rota basis 8.00am to 1.00pm
THE COMPANY: Our client based in Settle are a rapidly growing family business and Land Rover Specialist. Established for 60 years they have a highly trained, dedicated Land Rover sales team as well as offering servicing and MOTs. They are now looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their established committed team.
THE ROLE: The role of Vehicle Technician, based in Settle will be to undertake all maintenance, service and repair work on mainly Land Rover products. You will be responsible for upholding the company and Land Rovers quality standards, ensuring all work undertaken exceed customer expectations, therefore minimising any repeat repairs.
Full Land Rover training will be given if required
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Complete service, repair and maintenance
• Comply with company health and safety regulations
• Adhere to land rover service procedures
• Complete all necessary paperwork
THE CANDIDATE: As a Vehicle Technician you will have experience within a similar role. Those with Level 3 or 4 Land Rover experience would be highly advantages and reflected in salary. You will be professional and dedicated with your approach to the role.
Key experience essential for the Vehicle Technician role:
• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
• Full clean UK driving Licence
• Land Rover experience would be highly desirable but not essential
• Available to work Saturdays on a rota basis when required
