Your new company
Is part of a large Financial Services organisation based in Salford easily accessible by public transport. This prestigious company specialise in personal finance and collection.

Your new role
You will be working on inbound and outbound telephone calls/queries using a predictive dialler system to collect repayment premiums including negotiation of setting realistic and affordable repayment plans plans for vulnerable and financially distressed customers. Day to day responsibilities
- Meeting collection targets
- Target Driven environment
- Providing a high standard of customer service

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous call centre or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working to targets in a target driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Any previous experience in a debt collection environment is an added advantage
- Working in a highly regulated environment (Banking, Financial services etc.)
- Ability to take responsibility for resolving customer concerns
