This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, as a Senior System Support Analyst you will be assisting with the provision of support of some of the firms key applications. The role requires a strong grasp of business processes and the ability to use these to successfully manage support delivery, provide high quality insight and support on key systems.

Provide support for the following software applications, as required specifically including but not restricted to:

  • ICON
  • Commercial work in progress
  • Yardi Propware
  • Argus Valuation capitalisation
  • Commercial work in progress
  • Extranets and work spaces

Other responsibilities include:

Use of Support Works to log, accept, monitor and resolve allocated support calls in the Commercial Applications/Projects team queue within SLAs.

  • Act as the primary Support Works call queue monitor when other staff are unavailable, carrying out initial investigation and escalating calls to suppliers and others in the team and IT as necessary.
  • Carry out daily data checks in ICON and the Property Database when other staff are not available.
  • Writing SQL scripts to carry out ad hoc reporting queries and updates to SQL databases as necessary and mainly ICON.
  • Any other tasks as required, including system testing, system administration, ad-hoc Excel and VBA tasks and occasional data maintenance and cleansing.

Systems & IT competence

  • SQL: 3-5 years' experience of running and writing queries/scripts
  • Excellent Excel/VBA skills
  • Aptitude to quickly become fully competent in all relevant systems.
  • Hands-on software troubleshooting and product support experience.

Aptitudes/Skills Required

  • Ideally experience of working within property (or other similar Sales environment) with good level of exposure to business processes and systems
  • High level of drive and motivated to go the extra mile to deliver high quality support services. Ability to work independently and in a team.
